The Domtar Distribution Group brings together under one roof five of the paper industry’s most trusted names. The result is an integrated organization with 26 locations across the U.S. and Canada offering tremendous product, logistics and knowledge resources.
With corporate headquarters in Covington, Kentucky, the Domtar Distribution Group was created through the partnership of the following companies:
RIS The Paper House, one of the largest paper distributors in the U.S. with 19 business units in the Eastern, Midwestern and Southwestern U.S.
Buntin Reid The Paper House, a dominant force in Ontario’s graphic arts and business communities, with locations in Toronto, Ottawa and London.
JBR La Maison du Papier, with a proud history of serving Québec from its locations in Montréal and Québec City.
The Paper House, originally known as Schofield Paper and McFarlaneson, with facilities across Atlantic Canada.
Publishing Solutions, specializing in high-quality papers for magazine, catalog and book publishing.

We are led by a seasoned management team, headed by Mark Ushpol, Senior Vice President, Distribution, of Domtar. With more than 20 years of international sales and marketing experience, Mark has a keen understanding of the global paper market and how to meet our customers’ needs in today’s evolving marketplace.
